Huge $ Billions... need to be spent in next 10 years to improve our Sewage systems in river cities... one of the top ways we will create cleaner, swimmable waterfronts... if we have an incentive to use at least 20% innovative green infrastructure we will also reviltalize the River City with green quality of life features, like rain gardens, green roofs, wetland habitats... that will create the babylonia of the future... many of which will be built by the communitys , create jobs, and deep respect for our green cities!
